At CHstickers we continually strive to deliver all our products as quickly as possible. We work with only the best shipping providers to ensure swift and secure delivery of your order.
DHL Express (Worldwide)
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Unless we expressly agree to binding delivery date in writing, the delivery dates we give you are always non-binding. Regardless of whether the delivery date is binding or not, we are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from force majeure due to changes in the legal or official approval situation, the breakdown of machinery, strikes, and/or problems with the procurement of materials – even if this arises at the supplier’s location. In these cases, the agreed delivery date is implicitly extended for the amount of time needed to remove the obstacle. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries; the customer must accept them.
All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 8.00 to 16.00 CET. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 16.00 CET are processed the next business day if products are on stock.
We ship orders within 3–5 workdays after you have approved the design. Added to this is the time the parcel service needs to deliver your order. Please note that we have no control over delivery dates.
You will receive a tracking number from DHL Express once the package is shipped from us.
CHstickers have a flat shipping fee at € 39,00
Orders over € 350 will automatically receive free shipping.
Customers in Norway will always have free shipping.
CHstickers and DHL Express are responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due upon entering the destination location.
This means that all shipping costs and import taxes and VAT is included in the price shown on www.chstickers.com
This also means that there will be no surprises when the package arrives, It will be cleared by the customs in your residing country by DHL.
In rare cases where DHL does not have coverage on their pre-paid VAT and tax service you may have to pay VAT and any import taxes in addition to the product and shipping costs. If this happens CHstickers may give a refund or a discount on your next order to compensate for your extra costs.
CHstickers is not responsible for lost/damaged items that have been left so during transport. Make sure that you accept only undamaged parcels from the postal service; in case of doubt, open it in the presence of a postman. Never accept damaged parcels, because of showing the will to take damaged goods with this behavior. If there are some problems or discrepancies, please write down the name of the postman. If your package would arrive damaged or lost, please contact DHL or one of the third parties which execute our shipping and delivery.
